Top Screen Sharing Software Options Available For Free

Top screen sharing is created to accomplish easy video conferencing among multiple users. The top screen sharing software is developed using windows based desktop sharing. In general screen sharing means sharing an entire screen to any number of users with different computers. There are two ways to use the software, one is to connect to the computer containing the video conference program and the second way is to connect to a video conferencing server.

The main advantage of this over web-based conferencing is the ability to see and be in front of your counterparts, the software works like a virtual meeting place where everyone can see each other. Video sharing uses open source tools and the source code are available for anyone to inspect. Due to the open source nature of the tool it is available at no cost to the user.

The second major advantage is that anyone can attend a meeting from anywhere in the world and participate in the discussions. To host these meetings, you need to pay a fee to a video conference company. To join their service, you first need to get a free account and create your own presentation or screen. After you have set up your presentation on the site and saved it as a file, you will need to provide the URL for your presentation and for your viewers to send their presentations via e-mail. Once your presentation has been saved, your viewers will be able to view it through a web browser.

Another type of the top screen sharing software is . It is software that allows you to make voice calls over the internet, just like normal phone calls but with the added advantage of being able to view your voice remotely over the Internet. To make a call simply log onto your Skype account and select "skype chat" as your destination. You then simply select your computer, pick up your phone and make a call.

The third top software is Gtalk. This is another free software that lets you make free video calls. It is comparable to Skype in the way that it allows you to make free video calls to people around the world, but the features are not nearly as extensive. If you only need to make one or two video calls each week then this might be fine for you. If you need to do a lot of talking on your phone, however, it would be best to look into getting a paid service like Skype or gotomeeting instead. Although it is free to join gotomeeting, it does cost money to have an actual live operator take over your calls for you.

If you find that none of these programs meet all of your needs for screen sharing than you may want to look into one of the other three types of software. The three basic plans available include one click, two clicks, and three clicks. Each of these has different options available to you, but if you only need one or two clicks each month this may be enough.

The one and two click plans start at just under twenty dollars per month. These plans allow you to quickly share videos with one to five friends for just a few dollars. The one and two click pricing is attractive because it allows you to use this screen sharing service without worrying about how many friends may be on your friends list or how many people may be on your social networking site. However, the real draw of this option is that you can create your own schedule and restrict who can watch your video clips. If you don't mind limiting the people who can view them you can get a lot more done with a limited budget than you can with the more popular and more expensive two and three click plans.

If you are on a limited budget and still need to create and manage presentations there are free screen sharing software programs like WebEx and Zoom Meetings that you can use with your computer. Many of these programs will let you create a slide show with graphics from your computer or your webcam. Many companies like WebEx have created interactive whiteboards that make it easy for people to create presentations on the fly with their PowerPoint style software and then submit them to a company for approval. Even some web meetings require a credit card before you can begin.
